Project title: Develop and formalize a comprehensive set of governance and operational policies to enhance transparency, accountability, and inclusivity of BNKS.
Assignment: Performance Appraisal System, incorporating gender equality and equity based performance indicators; Training Module on Gender-Transformative Leadership Development; Advocacy and Campaign Guidelines and Materials (posters, leaflets, banners, etc.) focusing on gender equality, equity, gender-based violence (GBV), and gender justice; Media Engagement Strategy, including a feedback and accountability mechanism; and Social Enterprise Plan to support sustainable revenue generation and organizational self-reliance.
